Help materials
We want to be as transparent as we can. So you'll probably find everything you need in our online help which is really comprehensive.
Login to your account and then click Help in the top menu.
It contains:
- tips for troubleshooting
- easy to follow tutorials
- explanations about what each of the tests mean
- details of how the scores are calculated.
