Terms of Service /

We try to do things as sensibly as possible, and we really want our customers to feel comfortable signing up for our services. We must define a few rules, so we've set these out as simply as we could to ensure everyone knows exactly where they stand.

Subscription Charges

  • Subscription fees are due at the beginning of each billing period (usually 30 days).
  • Fees due will be taken automatically from your registered payment card.
  • A valid payment card must be registered at all times for an account to be kept active.
  • Failure to provide valid payment details may result in your data being deleted.

Minimum Term

  • There is no minimum term.
  • You may cancel at any time, but any payments made are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation will mean your account is suspended at the end of your current billing period.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel at any time.
  • It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription by contacting us at support@silktide.com
  • Refunds will not be issued where the customer does not inform us of their wish to cancel.

Refunds

  • Generally, refunds will not be issued; all refunds are entirely at our discretion.
  • Service credit may be offered in lieu of cash refunds where applicable.

Terms of Use

  • You must make sure we always have valid contact details on record in case we need to contact you about your account.
  • You must not share your account details with other people; sharing within the same organisation is fine, but any other sharing of account details is prohibited.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure your login credentials (username and password) are kept secure.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for the actions of customers using our services; you must ensure you have permission of the owner(s) of any site you test.

Service Level

  • Whilst we endeavour to provide the highest level of service possible, we cannot accept responsibility for losses incurred due to unavailability of services or loss of your data.
  • Unavailability of services or loss of data does not automatically obligate us to issue compensation.

General Terms

  • We have the right to terminate the account of any customer we deem to be in violation of the terms set out in this document.
  • By using services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
  • These terms are subject to change and it is your responsibility to check them occasionally to make sure your use of our services is appropriate.
  • No responsibility for any losses incurred through the use or termination of services provided by Silktide will be accepted.
