How do I sign up for SiteRay?

To use SiteRay you need to subscribe to one of our payment plans (you can cancel at any time). We create an installation for you, and email you login details. You can then login and run reports yourselves.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Simply contact us and we'll update your account.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. SiteRay is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part, you simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard for online payments. For Enterprise customers we also accept payment by invoice, but for all other plans you must pay online.
