How we interview
For most jobs, we have three stages:
- Telephone interview
- Face to face interview
- Single paid day of work
Usually stage 1 is brief and ensures you are who you claim to be. At stage 2 you have a chance to tour our offices and meet some of the team. We’ll run through the role, your background and possibly give you a small challenge (e.g. solve this problem) to sort the wheat from the chaff.
For the select few who make stage 3, we pay you to work for us – usually for a single day. This gives us both a chance to get to know each other better, and has proven the most effective means of screening candidates we’ve yet to discover. You can expect to be given real work and tested on it.
